continuing investment in the company we have state of the art production lines
for Low Density, High Density and Varigauge, operated by skilled staff who are
trained to the highest levels.
One-colour printing
press, which enables us to print film while it extrudes. Also two six-colour
C.I. printing presses enabling us to print intricate designs including process
and tone work.
High speed state of the
art conversion machinery used for "converting" rolls of polythene into
bags.
Reclaim machinery is
used to convert any polythene scrap back into reuseable polythene granules for
refuse sacks. Our policy is environmentally friendly and reduces waste which
otherwise would be disposed of by incineration or landfill.
With 2 slitting
machines we can slit down large rolls of polypropylene and OPP onto smaller
rolls suitable for flow wrap and food wrap machines.
